Ching-Ching Ni

Ching-Ching Ni is the editor-in-chief of The New York Times Chinese language website cn.nytimes.com and Shi, The New York Times Chinese lifestyle magazine. Ching-Ching started her journalism career at Newsday on Long Island, New York and spent about a decade covering China for the Los Angeles Times as Beijing correspondent and Shanghai bureau chief. Before joining The New York Times she served as associate dean and professor at Shantou University’s Cheung Kong School of Journalism and Communication in southern China.
